Installing Amahi on an Intel SS4200-EHW Part 1

So I scored an Intel SS4200-EHW from The Egg on cyber Monday as well as four Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB drives on Black Friday.  I’ve been looking to move my ever growing storage to a local NAS since I’ve been relying on JungleDisk and S3 for far too long.  Due to “Vail Fail“, WHS v1 and v2 went out the window so there I went — looking to find a suitable replacement for DE.  After lots of searching, I came upon Amahi.  For those that have the Intel SS4200 or a Scaleo Home Server, you’ll know this server is completely headless.  My goal for the next few days to find some way to get Fedora 12 on this and ultimately get Amahi using greyhole as a suitable replacement for Vail sans DE.
